The Department is still busy with the writing of excavation and survey reports from 2024. A work on the Pinnacle is also planned for the coming weeks, to review the archaeological background, the documentation and provide a summary for a conference taking place in Kiel, Germany, at the end of March. More information will be shared in the next E-News.

We are also looking for accommodation for a French student who will be working for a month, from May 1st to May 28th, 2025. We are seeking a host for our student during this period and would extremely grateful to hear from anyone who maybe able to help. Our master’s student from Rennes will be working on our archive documents and materials kept at the Hougue Bie Lodge, to produce a catalogue and digitise some resources, making them accessible to our Members. If you have a room available for this student, would like to offer one free of charge or for a fee, please kindly send an email herve@societe.je. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
