We are pleased to inform you that the 2025 Public Consultation Report has now been published. This comprehensive document summarises all feedback received during last year’s consultation, including Questionnaire responses, Drop‑In Session discussions, written submissions and the key themes that will shape the next stage of the Scheme’s development.
The report outlines:

As the project now enters Stage 2 – Concept Design, further engagement opportunities will take place later in 2026, where updated visualisations and refined designs will be presented to the community.
We remain committed to transparent, meaningful engagement throughout the life of the Scheme, and we will continue to keep you informed as work progresses.
