Commissioned by Société Jersiaise and Jersey Heritage, Lithophilia is a new surround installation inside the mesmerising passage grave at La Hougue Bie, one of the oldest buildings in the world. Commemorating 100 years since the uncovering of the passage in 1924, the piece is made entirely out of recorded stones found around Jersey. This film takes you on the composing journey, speaking with historians and geologists, collecting stones, through to the final creation of the unique Lithophilia Subscribe, support, and follow my work at: facebook.com/charlesmauleverer instagram.com/charlesmauleverer x.com/cgmauleverer www.charlesmauleverer.com
