A Cancellation Fee of £50.00 will be charged for any booking cancelled after confirmation has been received.  If the cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the booked date, the full cost will be charged.

Bookings are provisional until a completed Booking Form has been received and confirmed.

AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Technical support is not included in the cost of room hire.  Whilst we endeavour to help as much as possible, it is imperative that should you wish to use the equipment provided you attend site beforehand to ensure your own equipment is compatible and that you are familiar with its operation as support cannot be offered on the day. 

KICTHEN AND BATHROOM FACILITIES
You are required to leave these facilities in the state in which they were found.  Failure to keep facilities to a standard of cleanliness and to wash any crockery, arrange for collection of catering equipment, removal of any rubbish including glass  etc., will result in a caretaking charge at the discretion of the societe jersiaise.

You are responsible for arranging building access by key or otherwise with the SJ office in advance of your booking date. 

The office is open monday-friday between 9am and 2pm.  Arrangements can be made in advance if you are unable to attend during these hours.  Please contact 01534 758314 or bookings@societe.je 

Please ensure your key is returned to the office or in the security key box near the entrance gate when your room hire is finished.
