Donate to the Société Jersiaise

For more than 150 years, the Société Jersiaise has relied on the generosity of its members, supporters and benefactors to preserve and share Jersey’s history, culture, language and environment.

Many of our most significant collections, archaeological sites, publications and educational activities have been made possible through gifts, donations and legacies from people who believe that Jersey’s heritage should be protected and accessible for future generations.

Every donation, whatever its size, helps us care for our Library and Photographic Archive, support research and citizen science, deliver talks and events, and inspire new generations to discover and celebrate our Island’s unique story.

If you are a Jersey taxpayer, Jersey Gift Support can increase the value of your donation by 25% at no extra cost to you. A donation of £50 could become £62.50, helping to protect and share more of Jersey’s heritage.

Jersey Gift Support applies to one-off donations of £50 or more, or regular donations that total £50 or more in a year. Simply provide your Tax Identification Number and complete a Jersey Gift Support declaration, and we will claim the additional funding on your behalf.
